Method for determining the qualification of aluminum profiles

1. Film thickness: In order to reduce electricity bills, save costs, and reduce oxidation time, some defective merchants have caused unqualified oxide film thickness, which affects the corrosion resistance of industrial aluminum materials. The film thickness produced by processing aluminum profiles should not be less than 10 μ。
2. Shortening the sealing time can cause poor sealing, which can affect the corrosion resistance and pollution resistance of aluminum profiles.
3. The extrusion machine is too old, or the processing equipment is outdated, which can lead to poor coordination between aluminum profiles and parts, and even worse, it cannot be used.
4. The thinner the wall thickness of the profile, the lower the cost. A qualified profile wall thickness needs to be measured with a caliper and cannot exceed or fall below the tolerance range, which is known as unqualified wall thickness.
