1. Aluminum rod heating: The temperature should be controlled between 410 degrees Celsius and 500 degrees Celsius, and the temperature should not be too low or too high, otherwise it will have adverse effects on later processing. During the preparation process of heating the aluminum rod, it is also necessary to heat the extrusion mold to ensure that the temperature difference between the aluminum rod and the mold is not too large, otherwise the profile will have a poor appearance.

2. Extrusion: Extrude profiles according to the principles of high temperature, low speed, and low temperature, high speed, and use a mold with a material cross-section for extrusion. This process needs to be strictly controlled, otherwise defective products may occur.
3. Straightening: By straightening the profile through cold bending, defects such as bending and twisting are eliminated. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the surface of the profile does not produce orange peel or uneven appearance reactions. And strictly determine the length according to customer requirements for sawing.
4. Artificial aging: After the sawing material is completed, the aging treatment is strictly carried out according to the aging process system to improve the strength of aluminum alloy profiles.
5. Packaging and warehousing: For profiles that do not require surface treatment, they are packaged and stored after a series of measurements such as length and strength. The profiles that require surface treatment are transferred to the surface treatment workshop for aluminum profile surface processing. Common surface treatment methods include anodizing, electrophoretic coating, powder spraying, etc.
6. Deep processing: Before customizing the application of industrial aluminum profiles, it is necessary to perform deep processing on the profiles. Common deep processing steps include fixed length sawing, drilling, tapping, milling, groove milling, surface milling, end milling, assembly, etc.
